At Zylnora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@zylnora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please mention your preference when contacting us.
